Golf directory
Golf Swing Assessment sat in my "still exploring" list for a while — turns out it's a real, billable thing under physio and chiro, and there are more clinics doing it than I expected. This list is scraped from public sources, so double-check pricing, direct billing, and coverage with each clinic before booking.
TPI
TPI stands for the Titleist Performance Institute — an organization that studies how the body moves during a golf swing. A TPI assessment is a 13–16 point physical screen (mobility, stability, balance) performed by a TPI-certified physiotherapist or chiropractor, not a golf pro. The results explain which physical limitations — tight hips, restricted thoracic rotation, weak glutes — show up as swing faults or pain, and turn into a treatment plan.
Because it's delivered by a regulated physio or chiro, it's billed like any other physio/chiro visit — which is why it's worth checking your extended health benefits before assuming it's an out-of-pocket golf lesson.
